Can I return my purchase? Learn more about our return policy

Returns: Steps to follow if you want to return your order:

1- After the purchase, you have a maximum of 15 days from placing your order to return it. To do this, please write to contacto@runnea.com
Explaining the reason for the return and including the order number. & Nbsp;

2- We will send you a code through the email that you have provided with which we will process your incident.

The customer must send the order to be returned to our warehouse with the carrier's tracking code, without this code the delivery cannot be confirmed. The cost will be covered by the customer. & Nbsp;

3- If the product is in correct condition, we will proceed to refund the money or exchange & nbsp; for another product depending on the type of return.

Changes in size. What if the clothes do not fit?

For reasons of stock limitation and security / prevention against the spread of Covid-19, no size exchanges will be allowed for orders. However, you may be eligible for a product return.

To do so, the client must send an email to pedidos@runnea.com requesting the return. The cost will be covered by the customer. For any questions about the sizing of the products, the customer can find all the details in our size guide.

Returns. What happens if the product arrives defective?

In this case, if upon receiving the order, any deterioration or manufacturing and / or shipping defects are detected, the customer is completely free to demand a refund at no extra cost.

To do so, you must send an email to pedidos@runnea.com requesting said return and making visible the defect in the product.
