- Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal
- The cost of product shipments in & nbsp; Peninsula and & nbsp; Portugal & nbsp; is € 4.76 (VAT included) for orders up to 2 kgs. From that weight, special shipping policies apply.
- The Libre Run t-shirt has been in high demand, so shipments will begin on May 10 for orders placed before April 15 and May 15 for orders after April 15. For other products, delivery is made in 48-72 hours.
- Balearic Islands:
- The cost of shipping products in & nbsp; Balearic Islands is € 8.89 (VAT included) for orders up to 2 kgs. From that weight, special shipping policies apply. & Nbsp;

Changes in size. What if the clothes do not fit me?
For reasons of stock limitation and security / prevention against the spread of Covid-19, no size exchanges will be allowed. However, you may be eligible for a return of the product. To do this, the client must send an email to the email & nbsp; warehouse @palettransport. en & nbsp; requesting the return. The cost will be paid by the customer. Which company will deliver the order to me?
In p Spain and & nbsp; Portugal, the order & nbsp; will be delivered with Nacex. & nbsp;
In shipments to private homes, in the absence of the recipient, notice will be left to specify a second and final delivery without additional charge.
How can I track my order?
After placing the order or after sending the products on demand we will send you an email (check the spam folder) with the confirmation of the order and once it departs from the warehouse (it is not automatic, it may take 1 day with the time difference and on weekends), we will send you an email with the completed order with the link to "See order" and "follow up", there it will direct you to the link of the carrier associated with your order.
