How to receive my RUNNEA ACADEMY code
If you have purchased a RUNNEA ACADEMY subscription, you will receive an email that indicated that the payment is finalized, and an email with a code to use in the app.
If you have not received the code, check your spam folder.
Where do I use the access code that I have received?
The first thing you need to do is download the app:
When you have installed the app, open it and create an account by clicking on SIGN UP.
Input your data to create your account:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Password
- Country
- Zip code
When you create your account, the app will ask you to input the necessary data to complete your runner profile, and to offer you statistics and advice related to your physical state.
Once you have completed this part, click on the side bar on Profile > Redeem code.
To finish and redeem your code, click on the “Tengo un código promocional” button, enter the code that was sent to your email (we recommend that you copy and paste to avoid confusion with similar characters) and click the arrow to redeem your code.
